Heather was everything we could have asked for and more, and we are so happy that she took our listing on for us. She and her team handled every roadblock we ran into with finesse and compassion and went above and beyond. She was always available at anytime for a call and constantly kept us in the loop about any and all changes during the sale and checked on our home multiple times for us during the severe weather that came in after we had left the state. She navigated the sale to an FHA loan with such expertise that made it very stress-free and knew everything we would need to look out for in that type of closure and appraisal, and had us prepared early. She was always there with knowledge and guidance for all our questions and I just wish that everyone could have a Heather in their life for such a time consuming and intimidating thing such as the sale of their home (especially from a different state!) Anything and everything Heather could do for us, she did, and we could not be any happier of the service we received from her and her team.
